The Eyesel Business Suite Sales and Distribution modules encompass an array of functionality that can be defined to fit different business sectors. A user friendly Sales Order Processing and Invoicing module features variable user definable process cycles which can be tailored for direct or long cycle processes including Quotation management with subsequent revisions, confirmation of order, reservation of stock, picking from warehouse, delivery and finally invoicing.
Detailed levels of sales order authorizations based on credit, sales as well as delivery criteria like minimum order values ensure tight control prior to despatch of orders. The module also boasts of advanced price lists, discounts, frees and promotions management features with effective date features and full audit history.
Sales Force Automation is available on PDA hand held devices and/or Tablet PCs and incorporates order taking, return merchandize initiation, payment collection as well as an array of client related details such as statements as well as sales statistics. Online or offline transmission depends on devices in use and full sales representative performance monitoring with subsequent sales commission management is standard.
The Distribution Control module can be preset with automatic rule based loading of trucks/vans and product temperature regime splitting such as ambient/dry, chilled and frozen. Non standard Delivery days linked to
customers enables better management and handling of deliveries as an integral part of the distribution process.
