🗺️ The Reveal: Ta’ Qassisu Entrenchment
Our June team-building adventure took us to Ta’ Qassisu Entrenchment, quietly nestled along the stunning coastline on the western side of Mellieħa Bay.
It is one of those rare places that packs a massive punch without the heavy crowds.
📍 Location: Western Mellieħa Bay, Malta
🎭 Highlight: Collapsed sea cave formations & historical trenches
🥾 Difficulty: Moderate coastal trail
What many visitors don’t realise is that these impressive cliffs were once home to a large sea cave. Over time, the cave collapsed, leaving behind the striking natural formations that make Ta’ Qassisu such a unique destination today.
Walking through Ta’ Qassisu feels less like a standard weekend walk and more like stepping into a landscape shaped entirely by nature’s patience.
Every month, we set aside time to leave our desks behind and explore somewhere new together. These outings aren’t about rushing to a finish line or hitting a fitness goal.
They’re about slowing down.
Having conversations that don’t happen during meetings.
Sharing a few laughs.
Taking in the scenery.
And creating memories that strengthen our team long after the hike is over.
Whether it’s helping each other over uneven terrain, stopping to admire the view, or discovering a hidden corner of Malta, every adventure reminds us that great teamwork is built one shared experience at a time.
