Job Purpose

Provide client support and consultancy on Autoline Dealer Management System.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-going software consulting support to our local and overseas clients in the form of application setups, upgrades, training, system enhancements in the finance modules, and Vehicle Administration.
  • Assist in vehicle and/or parts costings and reconciliations.
  • Provide support as required
  • From time to time, provide consultancy on Overseas projects 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience.

  • O ‘Level or preferably A ‘Level Standard in Accounts
  • Preferably working experience in a Financial role or supporting finance modules in an ERP system
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment where flexibility is essential
  • Effective communication, attention to details, time management, and analytical thinking
  • An ability to work with personal accountability for results and productivity

  • We are flexible and can offer fully remote or hybrid work arrangements subject to the following conditions.

A) If you are a TCN/EU Citizen already based in Malta, then you must have worked in Malta for at least 2 years in a similar position and hold a valid working permit and passport.

B) If you are a TCN/EU Citizen not based in Malta, then you will be offered to work for us ONLY in a fully remote manner. No relocation is available.

  • On the job training would be provided.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, expertise and knowledge.
