Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and support Print Solution and Report Generator activities, ensuring effective project delivery and system performance.
In addition to these core duties, the successful candidate will be introduced to other modules within the DMS system over time, with the expectation of eventually taking ownership of these areas.
The role will also include gradual involvement in the BI solution, particularly where SQL knowledge can be applied.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Print Solution tasks, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Implementation of Print Manager application and associated product set within the scope of the job role, following
agreed standard procedures and practices. - Assist in Report Generator creation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure integration and alignment across systems.
- Perform proper testing to make sure that the best reports are released.
- Address reported bugs as fast and efficiently as possible.
- Assist in user training.
- Assist in local and overseas implementations.
- Support and, over time, take ownership of additional DMS system modules.
- Gradually participate in BI solution development and support, with increasing responsibilities as familiarity grows.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience.
- A Qualification in IT at certificate/diploma level.
- Basic Programming Language Logics and Statements.
- SQL knowledge is an advantage, especially for future BI involvement.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and take ownership of functional areas.
- Strong willingness to commit to and adhere to program/project deadline
- Familiarity with the Autoline system is considered a plus.
- Excellent command of Business English. Other languages such as French or Arabic would be considered an asset.
- Other on the job training would be provided as and when required. Such training would be discussed during
appraisals with the incumbent. Such training may be carried out internally, locally, or overseas.

- We are flexible and can offer fully remote or hybrid work arrangements subject to the following conditions.
A) If you are a TCN/EU Citizen already based in Malta, then you must have worked in Malta for at least 2 years in a similar position and hold a valid working permit and passport.
B) If you are a TCN/EU Citizen not based in Malta, then you will be offered to work for us ONLY in a fully remote manner. No relocation is available.
