Full ERP Integration

The solution’s flexible features enable and ensure improved integration with Eyesel Business Suite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or API-based integration with your ERP. This ensures operational coherence without redundant data entry.

Consignments

The Consignments module is designed for flexibility and can be used entirely offline, allowing users to access and manage consignment data directly on their mobile devices- making it ideal for warehouse environments and locations where network connections are limited.

Upon delivery, pallets or individual items can be scanned to automatically confirm receipt, with the option to organise items by pallet number for faster verification and improved inventory control. This process significantly reduces manual entry, saves time, and minimises human error.

 

To enhance transparency and accountability, the module also allows for instant photo documentation of any damages or irregularities. Users can capture and upload images for quality checks, covering aspects such as packaging condition, seal and wrapping integrity, and the overall delivery state.

Additionally, the system automatically detects and flags any discrepancies between the items ordered and those received, enabling immediate resolution of consignment delivery issues.

Inventory Management

The Inventory Management module supports the assignment of unlimited barcodes to a single item, making it particularly useful when supplier barcodes change. It allows for the extraction of batch information and quantities directly from EAN-128 barcodes or via manual entry. 

The system helps minimise data entry errors by enforcing structured input, capturing key parameters such as expiry date, lot number, quantity, and remarks. An integrated HACCP procedure (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) option is available, complete with digital signature functionality that complies with relevant regulatory standards. The module also finalises the warehouse process by sending the collected information back to the back office (BO) for tasks like invoice processing and verification. 

Effortless Stock-Taking

With the offline stock-take module, you can easily capture a real-time snapshot of your warehouse’s product quantities and batch details. You can scan individual items or entire pallets to speed up the process, verify and update product locations and batch information, and assign new pallet numbers to any loose stock. During stock-takes you can easily ‘lock’ a warehouse; meaning that no one can retrieve items from that specific warehouse during the stock-take process

The module also helps you identify discrepancies, perform recounts, and ensures that all updates are automatically reflected in the Eyesel Business Suite once synced- making stock management more accurate and hassle-free. 

Streamlined Stock Movements

The Movements module simplifies the way you manage internal stock transfers across your operations. Whether you’re working in Sender and Receiver Mode or using Ad-Hoc Mode, you can quickly create and update stock movements with just a few taps. Easily edit pending movements, track completed ones and assign batches to new pallet numbers when needed. You can also view detailed pallet information on the spot, giving you full visibility and control over your inventory flow. This module integrates seamlessly with the Eyesel Business Suite Auto Replenishment process and Warehouse Management System, ensuring your warehouse remains efficient, organised, and always ready to meet demand.

Warehouse Management

The Eyesel Business Suite Auto Replenishment Process monitors product levels and upcoming sales to generate pending stock movements. It ensures that stock is replenished from the bulk warehouse to the picking warehouse at the right time, reducing the risk of out-of-stock situations and eliminating the need for urgent, last-minute stock transfers. By keeping your picking warehouse fully stocked, you can minimise lost sales and maintain smooth operations. The system follows a smart rotation rule- First Expiry Date Out (FEDO)- and prioritises product movements based on location, ensuring the freshest stock is always moved first.  

The Eyesel Business Suite Warehouse Management System gives you complete control over your warehouse operations. You can create multiple warehouses, map out locations based on your actual physical layouts, and visualise how the space is being used.
Easily track pallets, products, batch details, and monitor the used capacity percentage across your warehouses. With this visual information, your logistics team can plan more effectively for incoming consignments, improving warehouse efficiency and optimising space utilisation. 

 

Smarter Order Picking and Distribution

The Distribution module is designed to make order picking and loading more accurate and efficient. You can easily view your assigned picklists, which can be grouped by product or client, and sorted by bin locationfully customisable to fit your warehouse setup. As you go, you can load products onto a trolley (if needed), scan items to verify that they’re correct, and even capture product weights automatically through barcode scans. Once picking is complete, you can finalise the picklist and seamlessly update the back office through the Distribution Module. The Module also supports vehicle loading by pallet numbers, helping your team organise deliveries quickly and efficiently. 

Reliable Deliveries

The Deliveries module combines the flexibility of hybrid access (offline and online), ensuring your delivery operations run smoothly. Delivery personnel can easily view their assigned delivery batches, start their day with a structured overview, and re-order routes or clients within a route to optimise efficiency; they can access client invoices and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) details, view the products listed in each invoice, and navigate directly to each client’s location using the built-in guidance. Once on-site, drivers can mark products as delivered, process returns directly from the mobile device, collect payments, and capture digital signatures to confirm delivery. Signed invoices can be sent electronically on the spot, and delivery dates can be updated if needed. All delivered batches can be finalised with ease. In the event of a device failure, data can be restored and transferred to another device, allowing deliveries to continue without disruption. If goods do not match at delivery stage, you can process a full return and re-invoice right there and then through the solution
