We always say that whatever we “learn”, is always worth learning, be it a new skill, an experience or anything! That’s why we encourage cultural team building activities internally, in hopes to inspire our staff with learning and understanding more about our Maltese history! 🤓
With Christopher Nolan’s #Oppenheimer coming out, we thought it would be interesting to see things from Malta’s point of view during World War II, and it surely did not disappoint. Our friendly and very informative tour guide Mike, gave us a very good insight on what it was like during a time of survival. Mike also gave us a very good first hand experience on all the strategies, operations (Operation Husky & Operation Minced Meat) and tactics that where used for the defense of the island in the underground headquarters.
