The scope of the invoicing module is to allow for the finance and administration departments to produce invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT MODULE
The scope of the contract management module is for the setting up and maintenance of an agreed set of rates on the basis of a formal contract with the customer. Although a client may have many contracts, only one may be active at a time. All the other modules will constantly refer to this module for information.
The system will include a full blown security module that will allow the administrator to define the roles and responsibilities of each and every single administration employee. Moreover, further enhanced security will be placed on top of the web modules being provided.
VEHICLE ALLOCATION MODULE
The scope of the vehicle allocations module is to allow the administration department to efficiently distribute the workload of the day/week/month in the most efficient manner possible and with the least delay.
AGENTS WEB-BASED BOOKINGS MANAGEMENT MODULE
The scope of the agents web based module is to facilitate the information transfer and activity that takes place between an agent and the cooperative.
WEB-BASED MAINTENANCE MODULE
The scope of the web-based module is to allow any user of the system to login via the web and perform specific functions, given access rights and permission.
The scope of the bookings module is to control and manage the life-cycle of a customer’s booking from the time it is recorded all the way up to when it’s processed and invoiced.
EVENT & ALERT MODULES
The scope of the system is to allow the administration department to record and log any events pertaining to the operation of the company. Events may be logged from anywhere in the system. The system will also support the setting up and maintenance of alerts that will inform the admin department when an event or process takes place.
The scope of the subcontracting module is to enable the administration department to control and monitor subcontractor related activities. As is normal day-to-day practice, bookings may be subcontracted to 3rd parties other than the members themselves.
The scope of integrating diaries into the system is to minimize administrative checking and to ensure that the administration department has full visibility of the situation.
BACK OFFICE AGENT PROCESSING MODULE
The scope of the system is to allow the admin department to process the submitted excel spreadsheet accordingly.
